Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our main dealership in Salisbury. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, supporting the aftersales function, and assisting the service manager in the day-to-day running of a busy after-sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the dealership for scheduled and non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
- Support the aftersales function and various staff members in the department.
- Assist the service manager in the day-to-day running of the after-sales department.
Requirements:
- High-quality customer service experience (full training provided).
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving license.
