We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice in Epsom and South-East. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of project management and contract administration through the project life cycle.
  • Ensuring a common understanding of requirements and scope, programme, costs, constraints, risk, and interfaces across the team.
  • Leading and developing a project team, building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicating and engaging with clients on a project-by-project basis.
  • Managing project governance, risk, and quality assurance.
  • Ensuring safety is prioritized throughout delivery.
  • Managing project budgets and finances.
  • Administering and negotiating change control.
  • Managing approved subcontractor procurement processes.
  • Monitoring and reporting project performance against programme, technical quality, financial, and KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Working towards Chartership with the Association for Project Management (APM).
  • Understanding and experience in deploying various forms of construction contracts.
  • Experience of projects or assisting the management of projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured project environment.
