E-commerce Innovation Specialist
Join ErgoProx® in our mission to revolutionize oral healthcare through innovative products and marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the founder to bring our revolutionary Oral Healthcare Toothbrush Product + New Method to consumer markets across the UK and beyond.
The World-First design addresses an unaddressed issue faced by 75% of UK Adults and over 1 Billion+ people globally. It has recently been launched with acclaim from the dental profession, and you will play a crucial role in its expansion.

### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage TikTok shops and affiliate arrangements
- Manage live events on TikTok
- Edit media content
- Create campaigns on Facebook and YouTube
- Oversee Amazon account management
- Generate promotional ideas
- Plan and execute critical paths for each project
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
- Edit website, promotional material, and webinar content
- Track key metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic)
- Analyze trends using Google Analytics and TikTok Insights
- Conduct A/B testing for marketing and UX improvements
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data

### Job Details
Salary: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 14 - 21 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
