Deputy Director of Estates Operations

UCL School of Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director of Estates Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective services across health and safety, building security, facility management, and estate support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Operations Manager in delivering services across health and safety, building security, facility management, and estate support.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on health and safety matters, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
