About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading by example, you will maintain the upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned.
  • Make sure the hotel is safe and functional at all times, carry out regular checks and testing, being sure to address any health & safety concerns with the utmost urgency.

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance or facilities management experience
  • Have worked in a similar role within a hospitality environment
  • Standards driven
  • Strong compliance and legislation knowledge
  • People management experience
  • Project management
  • Relevant qualifications (health & safety, trade qualifications) preferrable, not essential
