Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Brickwork Trainer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization within the education sector. As a Brickwork Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and high-quality learning experiences for apprentices in Brickwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Assessment: Develop and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive education in Brickwork.
• Practical Instruction: Collaborate with learners and industry partners to plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
• Student Support: Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Enrichment Activities: Participate in the college's enrichment programs and support the planning of educational trips and visits.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Teaching qualification (DTLLs, PGCE, or equivalent) Level 4 – desirable
• Experience in delivering high-quality learning experiences and managing a diverse range of learners.
