Healthcare Support Worker Level 2 End Point Assessor

We are seeking a skilled End Point Assessor to join our team at Pearson. As a key figure in our assessment process, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of our apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct End Point Assessments for Healthcare Support Worker Level 2 apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the apprenticeship standard, assessment plan, and specification.
- Collaborate with employers and training providers to ensure consistent assessment practices.
- Record and submit assessment outcomes, providing clear justifications for grading decisions.
- Participate in regular training and standardization activities to maintain expertise.
- Maintain ongoing, relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Occupational competence as a healthcare support worker.
- Registration with a relevant healthcare professional body or completion of a level 3 apprenticeship or regulated occupational competence qualification.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting within the last 2 years.
- Leadership and communication skills, including experience of leading meetings and discussions.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
