About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Pret A Manger. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage cash handling and stock control procedures to minimize losses and maximize profits
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
