Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Global Technology Services team. As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and delivering key strategic technology programs that support our business initiatives and ensure successful delivery of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing and managing key strategic technology programs to support business initiatives
  • Defining and leading a control enhancement program to review, enhance, and remediate control effectiveness and assurance testing
  • Developing and implementing a program execution framework to ensure effective execution of technology strategy
  • Embedding effective governance, risk, and internal control to support the implementation and maintenance of a robust internal control environment
  • Collaborating with second and third lines to develop, manage, and report on processes for active audit findings and MRA/MRIA management
  • Responsible for integrating and reporting on all issues, including audit and regulatory, to ensure deadlines are met through robust planning and execution
  • Liaising and aligning with regulatory relations team and regulatory engagement activities lead on regulatory engagement for Technology
  • Driving continuous evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of management governance processes/programs

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in program management, including leading multi-year, cross-functional or enterprise-wide programs
  • Technology skills in relation to Cyber, Cloud-based technologies, and large-scale technology migrations
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in driving sustainable and scalable change
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Execution-oriented, large-scale, complex program management
  • Contemporary knowledge of risk, control, and governance, including a knowledge/appreciation of the global regulatory landscape and regulatory posture
  • Sound judgment and collaborative style, experience working across global teams
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationship management capabilities
