  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including children and young people, perpetrator, substance misuse, and mental health professionals
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to address the complex needs of clients
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in domestic abuse support

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people
  • Experience working with high-risk clients and conducting risk and needs assessments
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • DBS on update service or willingness to undergo a DBS check
