About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documents for weekly trade meetings, liaising with suppliers daily, and data input using in-house systems accurately.
  • Additional duties include updating weekly sales documents, collating sales figures, identifying best sellers and underperforming sellers, and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Trade Meeting Documents: Ensure timely preparation of meeting materials to facilitate smooth discussions.
  • Liaise with Suppliers: Develop strong relationships with external partners through regular communication.
  • Data Input and Accuracy: Maintain high levels of accuracy when entering data into internal systems.
  • Sales Document Updates: Update sales reports in a timely manner to inform business decisions.
  • Collate Sales Figures: Analyze sales trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • General Administration: Manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure seamless operations.
