About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Progressor to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the aftersales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy aftersales pipeline, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of customer queries
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing, to resolve issues and provide updates
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in progression within estate agency or new homes
  • Proven knowledge of the aftersales process from start to finish
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
