Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to work on day shifts in one of our beautiful care homes. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest care practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
