About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our innovative Outpatient Amputee Physiotherapy Team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based practice and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver safe, efficient, and effective patient care, adhering to individual performance metrics and local/national standards.
  2. Participate in delegated projects for service development, contributing to the growth and improvement of the team.
  3. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Band 5 and support staff, promoting the management and delivery of therapeutic care plans.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure a flexible approach to working, supporting the whole in-patient/outpatient team.
  5. Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance patient care.
