We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our innovative Outpatient Amputee Physiotherapy Team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. Main Responsibilities- Deliver safe, efficient, and effective patient care, adhering to individual performance metrics and local/national standards.
- Participate in delegated projects for service development, contributing to the growth and improvement of the team.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Band 5 and support staff, promoting the management and delivery of therapeutic care plans.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a flexible approach to working, supporting the whole in-patient/outpatient team.
- Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance patient care.
