Litigation Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to work for a successful and growing law firm in the UK.

As a litigation solicitor, you will be working in a team that prepares and advises on landlord and tenant litigation matters. You will be responsible for running your own caseload and will supervise more junior employees.

Clients range from private landlords with a single property to large property management companies and insurance firms.

To be considered for this vacancy, you must be an experienced litigation solicitor with supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and advising on landlord and tenant litigation matters
• Running your own caseload and supervising junior employees
• Working with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience as a litigation solicitor with supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
