About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Excellence Manager to join our team in London Docklands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services stay on track with frontline support from suppliers.

You will develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Your team will work within quality bars and service levels when tickets come through. You will agree internal SLAs and communication channels to escalate issues correctly to the supplier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve value for money from products and services.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Work with agreed SLAs and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a strong team player who is passionate about helping people get the most out of systems.

We would also like you to have experience in working with Dynamics365 or other SaaS software, selecting and transitioning with Service Integrators and Managed Services, adopting ITIL based working practices, and managing SIAM and supplier management.
