Master Grill Specialist

We're currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our busy and highly successful kitchen team in Westfield, Stratford. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional standards and quality of each dish.

• Oversight of day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Training and developing teams within the kitchen
• Supporting the team in all areas of cost and waste management

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience dealing with high volume and pace while delivering great food consistently
• Ability to remain cool under pressure and work at a fast pace
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring every dish is perfect

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
