We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety and data protection
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a stock taking or inventory management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
