Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our PR campaigns, manage client relationships, and oversee our PR team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing PR strategies that drive results and exceed client expectations
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Leading PR campaigns from concept to delivery, including project planning, budgeting, and team management
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Overseeing the PR team and providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in PR, communications, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in managing PR campaigns and client relationships, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software/tools
  • Relevant certifications or professional affiliations in PR are a plus
