Cash and Treasury Operations Lead Analyst 2

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash and Treasury Operations Lead Analyst 2 to join our team at Schroders Recruitment. As a key member of our Cash and Treasury Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash and treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all cash flow processes, including interbank and client-related transactions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to support daily tasks and optimize workflows.
  • Support team activities and business operations, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Prepare, maintain, and supervise daily and intraday nostro cash positions with Correspondence banks and custodians.
  • Maintain counterparty static data, including settlement instructions and limits.
  • Ensure the daily settlement of bank and building society deposits (BBD) and monthly capitalization work.
  • Undertake reversals, adjustments, and corrections of client Treasury deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Investment, Operations, and Accounting colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cash flow processes and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to utilize tools effectively.
  • Expertise in Cash and Treasury Operations and ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Experience in managing risk and optimizing workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
