Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Inspection Specialist to join our team at Stork Technical Services UK Ltd. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced inspection professional to work with a leading supplier of asset integrity solutions.

As a Process Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for performing in-service plant inspections on refinery plants. You will work closely with our NDT team to provide clarification on NDT inspection techniques and ensure that all inspections meet the required integrity objectives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in process piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and PRVs. They will also have knowledge of relevant design codes and certifications such as ASME Plant Inspector Level 1/2, API 570 Pipe Inspection, and API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection.

About the Role:

The Process Inspection Specialist will be responsible for:
  • Preparing inspection work scopes to satisfy Written Schemes of Examination (WSE)
  • Performing in-service plant inspections on refinery plants
  • Working closely with our NDT team to provide clarification on NDT inspection techniques
  • Preparation of high-quality inspection reports accurately describing the assets condition

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant engineering discipline with a focus on in-service inspection of pressure systems
  • Relevant certifications such as ASME Plant Inspector Level 1/2, API 570 Pipe Inspection, and API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection
  • Demonstrated experience working with process piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and PRVs
  • A strong understanding of industrial inspection practices and relevant design codes
