Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a stunning 15-bedded Hospice in Tunbridge Wells. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients and their families during a challenging time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and symptom management.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Support patients and their families through the end-of-life journey, providing emotional and psychological support.
- Participate in animal therapy sessions, family fun days, and other activities that promote patient well-being.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
