We are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning of BMS systems and their associated controls, including integration and front-end supervisors.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning of BMS systems and their associated controls, including integration and front-end supervisors
  • Producing commissioning reports, tested drawings, and test results
  • Liaising with the project manager and service director, keeping them updated on the progress of commissioning
  • Handovers to other engineers of information and instructions
  • The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS using MODbus, Mbus, or BACnet-enabled devices
  • Keeping all documentation up to date
  • Working in a customer-focused environment, liaising with other staff and clients
  • Production and back-engineering of software strategy
  • Carrying out energy audits, providing energy solutions and ideas
  • Advising customers on further potential benefits from adapting systems
  • Quotations of faulty parts and items

 

Requirements:

  • An in-depth knowledge of both BEMS and conventional control
  • 5+ years of experience in BMS Commissioning
  • Electrical engineering qualification
  • Strong skills with schematic drawings

 

Benefits:

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Bonus, Car Allowance, Overtime, Pension, Life Assurance, Laptop/Mobile, Attendance Bonus, Lucrative Holidays
