**Key Details:**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years demonstrable PQE and be passionate about delivering excellence in their role.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. We need someone who can guide clients through commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
  2. The ideal candidate should conduct thorough due diligence on commercial properties by examining title details, assessing planning permissions, and reviewing environmental reports.
  3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents essential for commercial property transactions is crucial.
  4. Providing expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent adjustments, and dilapidation issues, is also required.
  5. Facilitating the resolution of commercial property disputes, including boundary issues, contract breaches, and lease disagreements, is essential.
  6. We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with clients, solicitors, government agencies, and other professionals involved in commercial property transactions.
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in property law and regulations affecting commercial properties is vital.
  8. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property cases with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  9. Representing clients confidently in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
  10. Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and all legal obligations in commercial property transactions is critical.
