Private Client Solicitor Opportunity in Birmingham

We are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Birmingham. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a broad case load of mid to high value Wills, LPAs, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of PQE in Private Client work and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the complexities involved in this area of law. You will be working with a range of regional and national clients, including HNW individuals, celebrities, sports stars, professionals, and business executives.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the autonomy to handle your own caseload and will be mentored through a career path to partnership. You will also have the opportunity to business develop and network to gain new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a broad case load of mid to high value Wills, LPAs, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration
  • Working with a range of regional and national clients, including HNW individuals
  • Autonomy to handle your own caseload
  • Mentored career path through to partnership
  • Business development and networking opportunities
