Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Significant experience in managing care services, particularly in dementia care.
  • Education: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent); Registered Nurse qualification preferred but not essential.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and dementia care best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage residents, families, and staff.
