Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our commercial contracts team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the review, negotiation, and governance of our customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze customer contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Contracts Manager to develop and implement contract negotiation strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on contract performance and risk mitigation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Assist in the administration of contracts, including record-keeping and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in contract law and negotiation, or a graduate degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of standard contract forms and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Full driving license, with occasional travel required.
