Job Overview

This prestigious care home specializes in providing rehabilitation care for individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) or progressive neurological conditions (PNCs).

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a current active NMC Pin and be qualified as a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and prioritize their care
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members
  • Report any health concerns among residents and arrange for GP visits as necessary
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Candidates with excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a commitment to patient-centered care will be preferred.

Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude and drive personal learning and development, with excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary of £21.50 per hour, equivalent to an annual salary of up to £49,192. The position offers various shift options, including days and nights.
