Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forward sales and company objectives through proactive and innovative approaches
  • Take ownership of opening and closing the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Assist the team and store management with daily tasks, including cash handling and banking procedures
  • Support with stock management, including unloading deliveries and sending stock to store
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive, using these tools to drive business results
  • Provide a high standard of NEOM Customer Experience at all times, inspiring wellbeing and driving sales
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain company standards and ensure a positive and welcoming store environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment
  • A passion for wellbeing and a desire to share this with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to translate this into inspiring others
  • Self-motivation and the ability to maintain impeccable standards in store
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to treat everyone with honesty, kindness, and respect
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, able to adapt easily to change
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards
