Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication management and therapy optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • M.Pharm in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Membership of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland or eligible for membership.
  • Full current driving license valid for use in the UK and access to a car on appointment.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
