Job Description

At Lorien, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business priorities and developing leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive business priorities and develop leadership capabilities.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business areas and within the HR team.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and act as a sounding board.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exacting timelines and high levels of accuracy.
  • Use coaching style to challenge partners to think differently and seek new perspectives.
  • Demonstrate high levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent influencing, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Well-developed IT skills with experience of using an HR Information System.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Think broadly and consider all implications of actions across the business function.
