About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Caregiver to join our team in Barking & Dagenham. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and Inspire: Lead age-appropriate activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a Nurturing Environment: Provide a safe, supportive space where every child feels valued and confident to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other staff to provide a cohesive learning experience.
- Support Individual Development: Monitor and document each child's progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for support.
- Communicate with Families: Build positive relationships with families to create a supportive home-school connection.

Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Years or equivalent (Level 3 or higher).
- Experience with Early Years/Primary School children, particularly within the nursery setting.
- Clear Enhanced DBS Check.

- Passion for early childhood development and a creative, caring approach.
