Geospatial Surveyor Assistant

With a strong presence across the UK, Ridge & Partners LLP has a diverse range of projects in the property sector. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Geospatial Surveyor to join our team in our London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including large retail companies and local authorities, and to develop your skills in data capture and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting surveyors with data capture using robotic total stations and GNSS technology
- Assisting in the delivery of projects to create 2D/3D topographical surveys using N4cE software
- Using specialist laser scanning equipment, including the Leica P40 and Leica RTC360
- Analysing data using plans, maps, charts, and AutoCAD and GIS programs
- Preparing 2D and 3D survey drawings/models using AutoCAD and Revit
- Preparing and writing reports
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Experience in using survey equipment (total stations, laser scanners, etc)
- Knowledge of Cyclone would be advantageous but not essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A full clean driving license is required
- Ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team
