About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the management of programmes through the full product life cycle from sales handover to programme closure with complete budgetary responsibility for project delivery, cost, quality, and weight requirements as defined by the contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to maintain programme performance
  • Manage project profit and loss
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years' relevant Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing project profit and loss
  • Degree educated in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field
  • Strong, proven customer relations and negotiation skills
  • Ability to positively influence customer decisions
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills
