Job Title: Operations Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join our team at Petrie Recruitment Limited. As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform standard duties such as set up, set down, and general running of production lines
* Follow and complete Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
* Top up consumables required within Kit Assembly
* Ensure GMP is followed religiously, with attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
* Monitor hourly performance, catalogue information, and adhere to reaction/escalation plans
* Maintain general housekeeping of the area, including removal of waste during and end of shift

Requirements:

* GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent)
* 2+ years of relevant Operational/Manufacturing experience
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office
