Job Title: Bakery Technologist
Fat and Oil Application Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Technologist to join our team at AAK International. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for applying your knowledge of oils and fats processing and chemistry in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
- Conduct trials and application projects in our Fats and Oils Processing Pilot Plant
- Collaborate with Research Scientists and Customer Innovation Managers on established procedure and guidelines

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in production lines or pilot plant settings
- University degree in Food Science, Food Processing, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or solid experience with proven competence as a process expert
- Knowledge in oils and fats chemistry and physics, fat crystallization, emulsions, analysis, and applications in foods
- Knowledge of the food industry and hygiene and safety aspects

Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year
