Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and tidy café environment. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Possess basic math skills and handle cash transactions accurately.
