Chef de Partie Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Young's Brewery & Co. in Potters Bar.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and providing excellent service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining effective controls, driving sales growth, and engaging with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

You will work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,500 per annum, along with a range of benefits including access to our CDP - Sous Chef development program, Apprenticeship Scheme, Culinary Masterclasses, and more.
