As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for an experienced RVN to take on a crucial role in our ECC environment.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for line managing a team of VNA's, setting an excellent example of clinical standards, and working closely with hospital management to promote a positive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of veterinary nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with hospital management to achieve team goals
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
