Job Title: Senior Mendix Application Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mendix Application Lead to join our Low-Code team at Roboyo GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of applications and solutions to support our clients' requirements and business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and organize team activities, ensuring timely project delivery and effective delegation of tasks
- Assess the technical feasibility of business ideas and provide guidance on solution development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the delivery team
- Evaluate and develop solutions for scalability, performance, and efficiency
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and design and implement solutions that meet their needs
- Be aware of and apply Roboyo's architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in solution development
- Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility
- Liaise with client technical and business teams during the design, implementation, testing, and release phases
- Supervise, mentor, and develop other employees on application and implementation methodologies
- Continually identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance our delivery services

Requirements:

- University degree in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in application development in Mendix and application-level architecting, designing, and development activities
- Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java
- Appian Lead Developer / Mendix Expert Credential is a plus
- Experience with other automation technologies is of great advantage
- Experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Typescript, and REACT is preferable
- Experience in Service Design Methodology, UX/CX principles, and Product Owner role is advantageous
- Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships
- Understanding company processes, with experience in process consulting, is advantageous
- Willingness and ability to travel to client site
- Fluency in English
- Ability to meet UK Enhanced Security checks is a plus
