Job Title: Head of Recruitment

Macmillan Davies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment to lead the company's global recruitment strategy. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will drive efforts to attract and retain top talent, supporting the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and workforce needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Manage a requisition load, including executive-level hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and finance to assess resourcing needs and build a robust hiring plan.
  • Enhance the company's reputation as a top biopharma employer by shaping and driving the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle across all functions and regions, continuously optimising processes and tools for efficiency and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in both boutique and large-scale recruitment.
  • Strong technical skills in sourcing, EVP development, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in the life sciences sector or similarly complex industries is preferred, and international recruitment experience is a plus.
