We are seeking a skilled Powder Coating Labourer to join our team at IMPRESS GROUP. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the powder coating process by preparing parts, maintaining the work environment, and assisting the powder coaters.

This is an entry-level role with potential for growth, ideal for someone with a good work ethic and attention to detail. You will be responsible for preparing parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts on racks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in loading and unloading parts from the coating booths or oven.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Helping in inspecting coated parts for quality and assisting in reworking any defective items.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required.
  • A forklift licence would be a major advantage.
