The Playworker will be responsible for providing high-quality play experiences for children aged 4-11 years old in the out of school club setting. This role requires a creative and energetic individual who can plan, provide, and facilitate safe and engaging play activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver play activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development in children
- Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive play environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children
Person Specification
- Experience of working with children in a play-based setting
