Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agency Sales Manager to join our team at Moriati Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling omnichannel digital advertising solutions to both network and independent media agencies across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue by selling the client's omnichannel digital advertising solutions (CTV, Mobile, Display, OTT) to both network and independent agencies.
  • Tailor bespoke advertising solutions to meet the specific needs of agencies and their clients, aligning with both digital and omnichannel strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and revenue tracking.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, particularly in video and CTV, and educate clients on the value of adopting cutting-edge advertising solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in digital advertising, with a focus on video, CTV, and omnichannel platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of CTV, OTT, and digital video advertising landscapes, along with a broader understanding of mobile and display advertising solutions.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience selling to both independent and network agencies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of pitching complex digital solutions in a compelling and understandable manner.
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
