About the Role
- Lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for residents and visitors.
- Manage the administration of the home, including rotas, timesheets, and other administrative tasks.
- Be the first point of contact for new residents and provide them with a comprehensive induction to our home.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of care services.
- Contribute to the development of our home's policies and procedures to ensure we remain at the forefront of care provision.
