Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs Support
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a welcoming SEND School. The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting children with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children on a 1:1 or group basis across classes, therapy sessions, and on trips.
- Work with the class teacher to support assessment and evidencing learning and create stimulating learning environments.
- Use relevant technology and equipment to support pupil learning.
Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.

The school is a welcoming SEND School that supports children and young people from 4 - 19. The school encourages a love for learning through a rich and broad curriculum and extended activities.
