We are a welcoming and forward-thinking practice seeking a salaried GP to join our team. Our practice is located in a beautiful area of outstanding natural beauty, with a national park and a mix of coastal and rural towns and villages to explore. We care for upwards of 26,000 patients in a strong team environment, offering support and friendship to new members of our team.
Our team of 22 GPs are supported by a range of staff including ANPs, pharmacists, paramedics and ARRS roles, as well as large and experienced nursing, reception and admin teams. We work closely with the local community, offering opportunities for portfolio working, including taking part in the integrated care team and new roles that may be on the horizon.
We have a good track record of welcoming trainees and newly qualified GPs into the practice. We pride ourselves on being friendly and offering support, especially in those first few months of transition. We have a duty doctor on hand each day to help with any queries that may arise. Our system involves an acute, 'on the day' triage team and a 'planned' pre-booked team every day.
