About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-Store Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing online orders, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our in-store and online customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process online orders, pick and pack products, and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock management, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store targets, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in processing orders and maintaining store presentation.
  • Communication Skills: Possess confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Retail Experience: Have a passion for retail and customer service, with a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible in working hours and adaptable to change, with a willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).
