Probate Clerk

CPI SELECTION is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support their Wills and Probate department. As a Probate Clerk, you will be responsible for managing cases from file opening through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in all stages of wills and probate cases, from file opening to distribution.
- Collaborate with Fee Earners to prepare legal documents such as wills, probate applications, powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.
- Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
- Experience in Wills and Probate is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate transferable skills that will enable you to succeed in this role.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, expected to be in the range of \u00a322k to \u00a325k.
