- Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
- Engineering Standards: Develop and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.

- Project Planning: Participate in project planning, risk management, and change control processes.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the engineering team and across other project teams.
- Chartered Engineer Status: Mandatory.
- Qualifications: Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in mechanical and process engineering, preferably within the aerospace, clean energy, or maritime sectors.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of piping systems, heavy instrumentation systems, and gas handling (e.g., argon, nitrogen).
- Regulatory Compliance: Excellent understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound engineering decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications: Additional certifications or qualifications in project management or a related field.
- Industry Software: Experience with specific industry software and tools.
- Health and Safety: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in engineering projects.
- International Experience: Experience working with international teams and projects.
